If you have just placed an order and it is still in the
“Awaiting payment” status, you can cancel it directly by clicking the
“Cancel order” button on the
Order Summary page.
If you have already completed the payment, you can still request a cancellation
by contacting our Support as soon as possible (
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:30). We recommend calling us to reduce wait times and increase the chances that the order has not yet gone to print.
Please note that since these are
custom products, orders can no longer be cancelled once they have entered the
printing stage.
If cancellation is possible, we will:
- Process a full refund (if already paid) within a few hours;
- Reactivate any PINs used at the time of confirmation;
- Convert the order into an editable cart, which you can update, delete or purchase later.
