The primary objective of this service is the full satisfaction of the needs of each Customer.

Security of Economic Transactions

In case of payment by credit card, transactions take place in conditions of total security: all data are in fact transmitted according to the 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security system.
The use of this technology requires that confidential information travel on the Internet only in encrypted form, or coded according to a complex mathematical algorithm that guarantees the confidentiality of communications and the inaccessibility of the data transmitted. Furthermore, as a further guarantee, the insertion of confidential data takes place directly on the bank manager's website; no credit card number is managed, displayed nor stored directly by the supplier.

Product Warranty

Digitalpix guarantees the material integrity of the photos upon delivery. In the event that the photos delivered to the Customer are visibly damaged or have defects, the supplier will be responsible for replacing them at his own expense. The Customer's right to compensation for any damage remains excluded.
Any defects must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 14 days from the delivery date, by sending an e-mail to the address The supplier undertakes to respond to any justified and non-anonymous complaint within 48 hours.

Right of withdrawal

Order cancellation

    The cancellation of an order can be made by the Customer with the "Cancel Order" button and the subsequent cancellation confirmation request; for orders with cash on delivery or with collection at Digitalpixpoint, after confirming the order, this function is active only for 15 minutes.
    This function is deactivated immediately after making the payment (or after the verification of the same, which is immediate in the case of credit cards or PayPal, it takes a few hours in the case of bank transfer, and up to a few days for other forms of payment). In any case, any confirmed order can be canceled by sending an email or telephone request to Customer Service within 15 minutes of confirmation. Requests for cancellation of the order received after the above times will not be considered.
Exercise the right of withdrawal
    Pursuant to the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21- Implementation of directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, amending directives 93/13 / EEC and 1999/44 / EC and repealing directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 / EC. (14G00033) - (GU General Series n.58 of 11-3-2014), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product/s or service/s within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, for the products, or from the conclusion of the contract, for services, by sending the supplier a communication by email to containing:
    • the statement of the will to withdraw from the contract
    • the description of the purchased product
    • the date the order was placed
    • the details of your bank account (IBAN code) in order to allow the supplier to reimburse the purchase price.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
    Pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1 letter. a) and c) of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 subsequent amendments and additions, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods whose complete execution of the service is immediate and are made and customized on the basis of the User's requirements.
Refund of the amount
    To obtain reimbursement of the amount paid, the Consumer, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, must return it to the supplier by means of a traceable shipment.
    Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the communication in which the consumer expresses the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, the supplier will refund the consumer the price paid for the purchase of the goods by bank transfer net of bank charges charged to him by the bank equal to € 2.95. The refund refers only to the price of the goods, as shown in the order note and in the transport document, net of shipping and delivery costs. In any case, the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender are charged to the consumer.


The Customer is solely responsible for respecting the copyright regarding the images sent to this service.


For civil disputes relating to the application of the aforementioned (decree implementing Directive 97/7 / EC relating to the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State. The supplier also adheres to the settlement of disputes proposed by the national system of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture, called “RisolviOnline”. “RisolviOnline” allows you to solve commercial disputes related to the Internet and electronic commerce in a simple, fast and economical way. The Client can contact the Arbitration Chamber directly to:
