When will i receive my order?

We guarantee the shipment 5 working days before the above date, but cannot be held responsible for any courier delays. Delivery to islands and remote areas may be delayed.

How are the photos printed?

We use advanced laser exposure technologies and photochemical development, for very high resolution printing, sharp photos and brilliant colors. Constant quality over time thanks to daily calibrations.

What should my files be like?

You can upload photos in JPG, TIFF, or PNG format, up to 50 MB. The site will notify you if the resolution is too low. Avoid placing important details too close to the edges. Use a maximum of 300 DPI and the sRGB color profile.
