2. Personal data processed
By treatment of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets
of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication
by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
We inform you that the personal data processed will consist of an identifier such as the name, email address, an identification number, location data, an
online identifier, purchases made, and other data suitable to make it identified or identifiable (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"). in particular, the Personal Data processed through
the Site are the following:
a. Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit
in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could,
through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or computer domain names
used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting
the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other related parameters
to the operating system and the user's IT environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to control its
correct operation, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility
in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than thirty days.
b. Data obtained from third-party authentication services
Besides filling out the appropriate registration form, you can access our services by clicking on the "Sign in with ..." buttons. In this case,
the chosen external service will automatically send some of your Personal Data to Digitalpix, as indicated in the panel displayed at the time of the request, without the need for you to fill out additional forms.
The use of information received from Google, Facebook, or Apple follows their respective user data policies, including the limited use data requirements specific to the use of images on Google Photos.
c. Data voluntarily provided by the interested party
In the use of the Services there is the processing of your Personal Data which may include: Name, Surname, Address, email address and telephone number that can be used to identify you.
Furthermore, processing of the Personal Data of third parties sent by you to the Service manager may occur. With respect to this last hypothesis, you are an independent data controller, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of the law. In this sense, you give on the point the widest lever in relation to any dispute, claim, request of
compensation for treatment damage, etc. to be sent to Digitalpix by third parties whose Personal Data were processed through the use of Services in violation
of the applicable personal data protection rules. In any case, if you provide or otherwise treat Personal Data of third parties in your use of the Service, it guarantees from now on - assuming
any related liability - that this particular assumption is based on a suitable legal basis (e.g. the consent of the person concerned) pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation that
legitimates the processing of the information in question. Digitalpix is committed to the treatment of the photos and images sent by you in accordance with the regulations and for the only time
the service requires. All images are deleted from our storage systems automatically and there are no backups that can keep copies of them.
The time of the pictures/images on our systems is 50 days from the date of evasion/shipment of the order.
d. Cookie - Definitions, characteristics and application of the legislation
Cookies are small text files that sites visited by the user send and record on his computer or mobile device, to then be re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit.
Thanks to cookies, a site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, font sizes, other display settings,
etc.) so that they should not be indicated again when the user returns to visit said site or browse from one page to another of it. Cookies are therefore used to perform authentications
computer, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users accessing a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows
to keep track of the user's navigation within the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. During navigation on a site, the user can receive on his computer or
mobile device also cookies of sites or web servers other than the one it is visiting (c.d. "third-party" cookies). Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which
in certain cases they are therefore technically necessary for the site to function itself.
There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer or mobile device for different periods of time: c.d. cookie
session, which is automatically canceled when the browser is closed; c.d. persistent cookies, which remain on the user's equipment until a set deadline.
According to current legislation in Italy, for the use of cookies an express consent of the user is not always required. In particular, "technical cookies" do not require this consent.
that is, those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service
explicitly requested by the user. In other words, these cookies are indispensable for the functioning of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.
Among the technical cookies, which do not require an express consent for their use, the Italian Data Protection Authority (see Measure Identification of the modalities
simplified for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of 8 May 2014, hereinafter only "Measure") also includes:
- "cookie analytics" where used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site,
- browsing or session cookies (to authenticate),
- functional cookies, which allow the user to browse based on a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to
improve the service rendered to the same.
For "profiling cookies", vice versa, that is, those aimed at creating user profiles and used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown
by the user in the context of web browsing, the user's prior consent is required.
Types of cookies used by Website
The Site uses the following cookies so you can deny the previously given acceptance by deleting the browser history used.
Technical browsing or session cookies and strictly necessary for the operation of the Site or to allow the user to take advantage of the contents and services requested by them.
Analytics cookies, which allow you to understand how the Site is used by users. These cookies do not collect information on the user's identity or any personal data.
The information is treated in aggregate and anonymous form.
Functional cookies, that is used to activate specific features of the Site and a set of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) at
order to improve the service provided.

CAUTION: by disabling technical and/or functional cookies, the Site may not be accessible or certain services or certain functions of the Site may
be unavailable or not working properly and you may be forced to change or manually enter some information or preferences whenever you visit the Site.
Third-party cookies, ie cookies of sites or web servers other than Digitalpix, used for the purposes of said third parties, including profiling cookies.
It should be noted that these third parties, listed below with the relative links to privacy policies, are autonomous data controllers of the data collected through cookies
served by them; therefore, you must refer to their policies for the processing of personal data, information and consent forms (selection and de-selection of the respective cookies), as specified
in the aforementioned provision. For completeness it is also specified that Digitalpix does its utmost to be able to track cookies on its Site. These are updated on a regular basis in the table which
follows, where we give transparency on cookies directly sent by Digitalpix and on their purposes. With regard to third parties who send cookies through our Site, we provide below the
link to the respective privacy information: to such third parties we delegate, as already specified, the responsibility to provide the information and collect the users' consent, as foreseen by the Provision.
This responsibility is to be referred not only to the cookies that third parties send directly, but also to any additional cookies that are sent through our Site by virtue of the use of services offered by the third parties themselves.
