Refer to the longest estimated delivery date among the ordered products. If the order has already been shipped, you should have received a tracking email. You can also check your order page or contact us. Learn more
We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF files up to 50 MB. For optimal results, we recommend high-resolution images (300 DPI) and sRGB color profile. Learn more
If your order is still awaiting payment, you can cancel it directly from the Order Summary. If already paid, contact us as soon as possible : if it's not yet in print, we can cancel it, refund you, and reactivate any PINs. Learn more
Times vary depending on the product : prints usually take 1–2 days, while photo books require a few more days. The estimated date is always indicated on the product page. Learn more
